Most used methods for communications in the U.S. 2022
According to a 2022 survey of online users in the United States, phone calls were used by almost the totality of the surveyed users, with 95 percent of respondents reporting using this communication form either for work or in their private life. Texts, SMS, and messages were as popular as emails for users in the U.S., with 92 percent of respondents signaling they engaged with these communications methods as of the examined period.
