Commercial banks non-performing loan (NPL) ratio Singapore Q2 2022, by sector
As of second quarter of 2022, the transport, storage, and communication sector recorded the highest non-performing loan (NPL) ratio among major banks in Singapore, reaching 6.58 percent. By comparison, housing and bridging loans only had an NPL ratio of 0.03 percent in the same year, the lowest among the sectors in the country.
