Marcus Theatres' annual revenue 2017-2021
In 2021, The Marcus Corporation's cinema division, Marcus Theatres, reported a revenue of approximately 271 million U.S. dollars, up 105 percent from 132 million dollars a year earlier. Despite the annual growth, the 2021 result amounted to less than 49 percent of the 556-million-dollar revenue recorded in 2019, before the pandemic. Also in 2021, over 40 percent of Marcus Theatres' revenue came from food and beverage sales, also known as concessions.
