Office real estate design guidelines revisited by office occupiers worldwide 2021
The way offices are used has evolved due to companies widely transitioning to hybrid work. Open collaboration spaces were the most common workplace area to receive updated guidelines. About 80 percent of occupiers in an August 2021 survey revisited their open collaboration spaces guidelines, while for closed collaboration spaces this share was 68 percent.
