Banking channel usage in Czechia 2022, by frequency
As of March 2022, the most frequently used banking channel in Czechia was mobile banking via an app. Twenty percent of respondents said they used this channel multiple times a day. Another widespread method was internet banking. Most people went to a bank branch once a month at most.
