Construction costs of office buildings in select European cities 2022, by type
London was one of the European cities with the highest construction costs for offices in 2022. Meanwhile, the construction prices of that type of building in Paris were lower than in the other cities included here. In general, high-rise prestige offices were approximately 1,000 U.S. dollars more expensive than A-grade offices of up to 20 floors. London also had one of the highest warehouse construction costs in Europe.
