Frequency of organic agricultural produce purchase in Japan 2023
Around half of Japanese consumers bought organic agricultural produce at least once a month as revealed in a survey conducted in January 2023 in 2023. Almost 17 percent of respondents stated that they bought organic produce around once a week, with another 12.7 percent buying agricultural food items labeled as organic several times a week.
