A 2022 survey carried out in Germany showed that one in ten consumers aged 18 to 34 years old were truly influenced by sustainable delivery options. In turn, the percentage of eco-conscious shoppers was lower among older online shoppers, with six percent of them considering eco-friendly delivery options a relevant shopping driver.
