Zalando: annual greenhouse gas emissions 2021

According to data gathered from the online fashion retailer Zalando's most recent annual report, between 2017 to 2021, greenhouse gas emissions from Zalando's operations have increased for Scope 1 and Scope 3 ranges. Whereas Scope 2 emissions saw a substantial reduction after 2017, dropping from approximately 21.3 kilotons to 2.4 kilotons of CO2 equivalent. Zalando's Scope 3 GHG emissions saw the highest percentage change from 2017 to 2021. Supply chain related activities are usually classified as Scope 3.
