Both in 2021 and 2023, most of the Ukrainians in Poland found their job through recommendations of friends or family. The share of people who found an employment on their own remained the same. The biggest decrease was registered in the share of Ukrainians who returned to their previous employer. While in 2021, 23 percent found their employment by returning to their previous employer, only two percent found their job that way in 2023.
