How Coles and/or Woolworths loyalty program members use their points Australia 2023
In a 2023 conducted survey among Coles Flybuys and Woolworths Everyday Rewards loyalty program users in Australia, over 58 percent of those surveyed reported using their loyalty points to get cashback off groceries. Around 13 percent of respondents said they converted their supermarket loyalty points into airline points, such as Qantas Frequent Flyer and/or Virgin Australia Velocity Frequent Flyer points.
