Online banking usage compared to before the COVID-19 pandemic in Japan 2022
In a survey conducted in February 2022, 30.7 percent of respondents in Japan stated that they used online banking more often compared to before the COVID-19 pandemic. While a slight majority of respondents reported that their use of digital banking services had changed during the pandemic, over 48 percent had no experience using online banking.
