Portugal: housing bank appraisals by region 2023

In Portugal, the median value of bank appraisals was over 1.5 thousand euros per square meter in November 2023. There was a six-euro increase compared to the previous month. The Algarve presented the highest price per square meter, namely 2,065 euros, followed by the Lisbon region, at 2,022 euros.
