How online orders are picked up by supermarket consumers in the Netherlands 2023
In the Netherlands, the vast majority of supermarket consumers, more than 95 percent, have their online orders delivered to their home in 2023. Not a single respondent had their grocery order delivered to their place of work, while only around 2 percent collect it themselves from a collection point.
