French youth's opinion on gender equality 2022

According to a survey published in February 2022, 78 percent of French youth agreed that apart from maternity leave, women should continue to work and share with the other parent the care of children. Moreover, 72 percent of respondents also believed that men wanted to spend more time taking care of their children. And as many young people thought that in the event of separation between a heterosexual couple of parents, alternate custody was the best solution.
