Training employees find important against toxic tech work environments U.S. 2023
In 2023, the most important training types for employees who worked in toxic tech work environments were equity, diversity, and inclusion training, and empathy training. Each of these training types were the most important for almost 50 percent of respondents. Bystander intervention training was another popular answer, as 46 percent of employees who work in toxic work environments in the tech industry chose this as their most important training.
