APAC: employee job satisfaction by country 2023

According to a 2023 survey conducted among employees in the Asia-Pacific region, about eight out of 10 respondents in Thailand were satisfied with their jobs. In comparison, around 30 percent of the surveyed employees in Japan reported to be satisfied with their jobs.
