Purchase-only house price index for the U.S. 1991-2022
The purchase-only house price index for the United States increased between 1991 and 2022. The index, published by the Federal Housing Finance Agency, reflects the changes prices of houses, which were re-purchased at least twice. The index value amounted to 100 in the first quarter of 1991. In December 2022, the index value was equal to 392.1 index points.
