However, beginning in April 1975, coverage was expanded to include U.S. company-owned refineries in the Caribbean. Landed costs do not include supplemental fees.
** Nominal U.S. dollars reflect the buying power in the year in which the transaction occurred; not adjusted to remove the effect of changes in the purchasing power of the dollar.
