Public opinion on relations of different countries with U.S.  2014 This survey, conducted by Gallup across the United States in March 2014, shows the public opinion on the United States' relations with selected countries. 44 percent of respondents stated they consider Russia unfriendly towards the United States, while 17 percent consider Ukraine an ally.
