Customer satisfaction with bus comfort in the United Kingdom 2013
This statistic shows how bus users and non-users rate the on-board comfort on buses in the United Kingdom (UK), based on responses from a survey carried out in March 2013. Although almost 60 percent of users rate the on-board comfort as fairly or very good, a not insignificant number, 15 percent, rate it as fairly or very poor. Coincidentally the same number of non-users give a bad rating for comfort.
