Percentage of rigid HGVs speeding on roads in Great Britain, 2002-2015 This graph shows the percentage of rigid heavy goods vehicles speeding on different types of roads in Great Britain between 2002 and 2014. While the percentage of rigid HGVs exceeding the speed limit on 40 mph roads has not really changed in the last decade, the percentage of speeding vehicles on 30 mph roads has decreased from 55 percent since 2002.
