Rail network passenger satisfaction Great Britain

According to the National Rail Passenger Survey (NRPS), satisfaction with the British rail network has remained above the 80 percent threshold since 2007. Latest results from spring 2020, see 82 percent of passengers satisfied with the service provided.
Since March 2020, the NRPS has been paused due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the significant drop in the number of rail passengers.
