Rail network overall passenger satisfaction in Great Britain 2002-2019

According to the Office of Rail Regulation National Passenger Survey, satisfaction with the British rail network noticeably dropped between 2017/18 and 2018/19. Latest results see only 79 percent of passengers satisfied with the service provided. This was the first time figures fell below 80 percent since 2004/05.
