Crowdfunding value in Europe 2020

As of 2020, the transaction value of real estate crowdfunding was the highest among European crowdfunding platforms (alternative finance market segments). The volume of equity-based crowdfunding reached a total transaction value of 280 million U.S. dollars, while reward-based crowdfunding deals were valued at 262 million U.S. dollars.
