It can be seen that consumer credit products and services were the most complained-about product during this period, with 24 percent of all new complaints focusing on this aspect of banking businesses. A further 21 percent of financial-related complaints were regarding current accounts. Motor insurance complaints completed the top three, with a share of eight percent of total complaints at that time.
