This statistic shows the quarterly share of complaints resolved by each of the so-called 'Big Six' energy companies in the United Kingdom (UK) in 2018. British Gas managed to resolve just 38 percent of complaints by the end of the next working day in the fourth quarter of 2019. This compared to a 78 percent resolve rate by SSE in the same quarter.
