This statistic displays the share of the population that had never shopped online in Latvia from 2013 to 2017, by gender. Over the period in consideration, the share of individuals that had never shopped online had decreased across all surveyed groups. In 2017, it was found that approximately 28 and 30 percent of females and males in Latvia, respectively, had never purchased or ordered any goods or services online.
