Frequency of renovations among homeowners who renovated 2015-2019

In 2019, about 57 percent of homeowners renovated the exterior features of their homes in the United States, down from 59 percent in 2017 and 2018. More than half of homeowners who renovated in 2019 opted for outdoor upgrades.
