This statistic shows data on both the total revenue of Metro Group and individual revenue figures broken down by sales division in Germany from 2009 to 2019. In 2019, the Metro Group generated revenues of roughly 13.2 billion euros. The Metro Group is comprised of a number of wholesale and retail companies, among them hypermarket chain Real and the consumer electronics chains Saturn and Media Markt. On March 30, 2016 Metro Group announced splitting into a consumer electronics company (Ceconomy) and a food company (Metro AG) by July 13, 2017.
