Net prime yields for warehouses in France 2014- 2022, by city
The net prime yields for warehouses over 5,000 square meters in France decreased for seven consecutive years, followed by a slight uptick in 2022. As of the fourth quarter of the year, the net prime yield across the major markets in the country stood at 3.8 percent, up from the market low of three percent in 2021. With demand for industrial and logistic real estate higher than ever, investment activity measured record levels in France and across the major European markets. Along with the United Kingdom, Netherlands, and Germany, France had some of the lowers warehouse yields in Europe.
