Net prime yields for large warehouses in Europe 2018-2022, by country
The net prime yields for warehouses over 5,000 square meters increased across most countries in Europe in 2022. Greece and Hungary, the counties with some of the highest yields, were the only countries where yields fell. France and Germany are two of the countries with most competitive warehouse markets in Europe. The net prime yields in both countries stood below four percent. Across all major European cities, Paris, Lyon, and Marseille had the lowest yields.
