As of the first quarter 2018, individuals with an upper and post-secondary school diploma accounted for 57 percent of e-commerce customers in Italy. During the same period, people holding a university degree and people with a lower secondary education represented 33 percent and ten percent of the total e-commerce customers in Italy respectively.
