Preferred U.S. Amazon purchase channels 2017

This statistic presents a ranking of the leading primary channels used by Amazon buyers in the United States to make purchases on Amazon as of February 2017. During the survey period, over a third of respondents selected computer access to the Amazon.com platform as their primary purchase channel. The smartphone app was ranked second, with 25.4 percent of respondents stating that they mainly used this method to shop at the e-retailer.
