The statistic shows the opinion on reimbursement in case of excessive self-defending reaction to aggression in Italy in 2017. According to the survey, 78 percent of the respondents believed that, as it is self-defense, it is not right that those who react to aggression, even if in an excessive way, are ordered to reimburse the attacker.
