This statistic represents the share of Italians aged 18-65 who had felt disappointed at least once in their lives with their holiday destination in 2017, broken down by age. According to the study results, more young respondents (75 percent in the 18-22 group and 72 percent in the 23-35 age group) had experienced disappointment upon arrival at their holiday destination compared to travelers in older age groups.
