Level of digitalization of business processes in SMEs in Finland 2018
According to the survey results, roughly 60 percent of the Finnish small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) regularly used electronic invoicing and accounting. Other commonly used digital business processes included online purchases of products and CRM systems. By comparison, processes such as project management and worktime control were not as digitalized in the surveyed companies.
