Number of heat pumps in operation in Ireland 2013-2020
From 2013 to 2020, the number of heat pumps in operation in Ireland increased by approximately 49,300. In the last year of the timeline, there were 55,870 heat pumps, of which 50,830 were aerothermal heat pumps. During the same period, the number of operational heat pumps in the EU also had a positive growth trend.
