Book sales revenue in Sweden H1 2018, by genre As of the first half of 2018, the most valuable book genre in Sweden was children and youth literature, with a sales revenue of nearly 288 million Swedish kronor. This category was followed by humanities, at roughly 273 million Swedish kronor. By contrast, the sales revenue of food and beverage books amounted to about 69 million Swedish kronor in the same period.
