Tenants satisfaction with the cost of their rented home in the UK 2017 This statistic shows the share of tenants that privately rented in the United Kingdom (UK) in 2017 and their overall satisfaction with the cost of their rented property. Overall 49.6 percent of respondents thought that the cost of their private rental property was either 'very good' or 'quite good' value for money. Only 5.8 percent of respondents said that their rented property was 'definitely not value for money'.
