This statistic shows the average number of cigarettes smoked per day and per week in Sweden in 2017, by age group. That year, respondents aged 50 to 64 years stated to smoke on average nine cigarettes per day and 63 cigarettes per week. The average number of smoked cigarettes was lowest among the youngest surveyed Swedes and amounted to five cigarettes per day and 32 cigarettes per week.
