Throughout Colombia, libraries were the virtual cultural spaces visited by the most surveyed users in 2020. Nearly 17 percent of the population surveyed in the Amazonia / Orinoquía region said they accessed library services online, whereas one percent of them visited virtual museums. On the other hand, over four percent of survey participants living in Bogotá stated they visited online museums. That year, over 80 percent of the surveyed population living in Colombia's central region consumed online video and or movie content.

Atlantic: Atlántico, Bolívar, Cesar, Córdoba, La Guajira, Magdalena y Sucre (7 departments).
Oriental: Boyacá, Cundinamarca, Meta, Norte de Santander y Santander (5 departments, except Bogota).
Central: Antioquia, Caldas, Caquetá, Huila, Quindío, Risaralda y Tolima (7 departments).
Pacific: Cauca, Chocó, Nariño y Valle del Cauca (4 departments).
Amazonia/Orinoquía: Arauca, Casanare, Vichada, Putumayo, y Vaupés (5 departments).
