Digital engagement in culture in the UK 2020, by age
In 2020, the lockdown imposed in the United Kingdom due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has sparked interest in digital culture forms. According to a July 2020 survey, since the start of restrictions, around 40 percent of respondents aged 15 to 64 years have engaged with digital cultural content. Older generations were less inclined to participate in cultural events digitally.
