Top conditions for medical marijuana prescriptions in Canada by gender 2018
This graph shows the distribution of medical marijuana users in Canada as of 2018, by the leading reason for prescription and by gender. As of that year, nearly 20 percent of all surveyed males using medical marijuana stated they were prescribed medical marijuana because of a post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
