Value of non-performing loans in Central and Eastern Europe Q4 2016 This statistics illustrates the value of non-performing loans in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) as of the fourth quarter of 2016, according to data published by Deloitte. It can be seen that Poland had the highest value of non-performing loans at approximately 16.13 billion euros. This was closely followed by Ukraine with non-performing loans amounting to 16.05 billion euros. Estonia had the lowest value of non-performing loans at 172 million euro as of the fourth quarter 2016.
