This statistic displays the results of a survey asking individuals about the frequency of their visits to a mental health professional in Japan in 2018. According to data provided by Ipsos, about seven percent of Japanese respondents claimed to visit or consult with mental health professionals at least three times a year, while about 83 percent stated to never visit mental health professionals.
