Nuclear electricity generation in the EU 2021, by country
France was by far the leading nuclear electricity generating country in the European Union in 2021. That year, nearly 380 terawatt hours of electricity were generated from this source. By comparison, the Netherlands was the country that generated the smallest amount of electricity from nuclear fuel, at 3.8 terawatt hours.
