South Korean independent hoteliers were sampled by EY-Parthenon to assess the aspects of online travel platforms that were most important to their business. The results showed widespread enthusiasm from participants, as many key features received overwhelming backing. The study revealed that the top three most important services were increased bookings (86%), insights and analytics (84%) and customer-facing infrastructure (84%).
