Colombia: new cancer cases 2019, by treatment
In 2019, surgery was the most frequent therapy among new cancer patients in Colombia, being the option applied to nearly two fifth of the cases. Systemic therapy, which includes chemotherapy, hormonotherapy and immunotherapy, ranked second with 37.3 percent of the new cases.
