Italy: main destinations fur and leather 2013-2018, by macro-region

In 2018, Western Europe was the main destination for fur and leather exported from Italy. In fact, according to the data provided by Prometeia, the share of export value addressed to Western Europe slightly decreased from 32.9 percent in 2013 to 30.9 percent in 2018. Over the period under consideration, the share of exports of fur and leather addressed to Asian countries also decreased, going from 29.2 to 26.3 percent of the total.
