U.S. perception on granting smartphone app permissions 2019

According to an April 2019 survey conducted among adults in the United States, 40 percent of respondents said they were least comfortable with allowing apps to read and modify their contacts. During the measured period, respondents were least concerned about granting apps access to their mobile calendars, with 16 percent stating they were most comfortable apps adding or modifying calendar events.
